1. Delivery Areas
We currently ship to all states and territories within Malaysia. For deliveries to remote or rural areas, additional time may be required.
2. Processing Times
Orders are processed within 14 business days after payment confirmation (unless stated otherwise, for example, Pre-Order products).
Orders placed on weekends or Malaysian public holidays will be processed on the next business day (unless stated otherwise, for example, Pre-Order products).
3. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Free shipping may be available for orders exceeding RM1,500.
4. Delivery Times
Standard delivery typically takes 14 business days from the date of dispatch (unless stated otherwise, for example, Pre-Order products).

6. Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier may leave a notification for redelivery or provide instructions for pickup at a local depot.
Additional fees may apply for repeated delivery attempts due to incorrect shipping information or missed delivery windows.
