Who are we?

My name is Andre Olikh. As you probably could tell I’m the “Olikh” in “Hornbill & Olikh”. I would try and sit here typing out business cliches trying the make to business sound more professional. Instead, I’d like to tell you about how it came to life.

I’ve loved watches for as long as I can remember. The unique stories a timepiece, that’s only yours, tells is something that could be, 1 in 8 billion.

I studied, graduated, completed internships, and applied for full-time jobs. I realised I felt insignificant with where I was in my career.

I wanted to create something that lasts a lifetime, I wanted to bring the way I see the beautiful world of horology to the eyes and hands of the people that want to be told a story.

A story that is told through the “ticks” of gears and springs. A story that says you can do anything if you care enough. A story that you all can be a part of.
