1.1. Eligibility for Returns:

  • Returns are accepted for standard (non-custom) products in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • The return request must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • Returns for products purchased via FPX are accepted however only for exchange of a faulty product, no refunds are allowed.

1.2. Non-Returnable Items:

  • Customized or made-to-order products

  • Final sale or clearance items

1.3. Return Process:

  • Contact our customer service team at customer@hornbillolikh.com to initiate the return.

  • Provide your order number, reason for the return, and photos if applicable.

  • Once approved, ship the product back to us using a trackable service. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or error on our part.

1.4. Refunds for Returns:

  • Approved returns will be inspected upon receipt.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days of inspection approval.

2. Warranty Policy

2.1. Warranty Coverage:

  • All Hornbill & Olikh products come with a 6 month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects.

  • The warranty does not cover:

    • Normal wear and tear

    • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized repairs

    • Cosmetic damage (e.g., scratches, dents) that does not affect functionality

2.2. Warranty Claims:

  • To file a warranty claim, contact us at customer@hornbillolikh.com with proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and photos of the product.

  • If the claim is approved, we will repair or replace the item at no cost to you. If a replacement is unavailable, a refund may be issued.

3. Limitations and Exclusions

  • The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser with proof of purchase.

  • Hornbill & Olikh is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products.
