1.1. Eligibility for Returns:
Returns are accepted for standard (non-custom) products in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
The return request must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.
Returns for products purchased via FPX are accepted however only for exchange of a faulty product, no refunds are allowed.

Final sale or clearance items
1.3. Return Process:
Contact our customer service team at customer@hornbillolikh.com to initiate the return.
Provide your order number, reason for the return, and photos if applicable.
Once approved, ship the product back to us using a trackable service. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or error on our part.
1.4. Refunds for Returns:
Approved returns will be inspected upon receipt.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days of inspection approval.
2. Warranty Policy
2.1. Warranty Coverage:
All Hornbill & Olikh products come with a 6 month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects.
The warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear
Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized repairs
Cosmetic damage (e.g., scratches, dents) that does not affect functionality
2.2. Warranty Claims:
To file a warranty claim, contact us at customer@hornbillolikh.com with proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and photos of the product.
If the claim is approved, we will repair or replace the item at no cost to you. If a replacement is unavailable, a refund may be issued.
3. Limitations and Exclusions
The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser with proof of purchase.
Hornbill & Olikh is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products.
