1. Refund Eligibility
1.1. Standard Products:
Refunds are available for non-customized products returned in their original, unused condition with all packaging and tags intact.
The refund request must be made within 14 days of the delivery date.
1.2. Custom Products:
Customized or made-to-order products are non-refundable, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
1.3. Defective or Damaged Items:
If your product arrives damaged or with manufacturing defects, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

3. Refund Process
3.1. Initiating a Refund:
Contact our customer service team at customer@hornbillolikh.com with your order details and reason for the refund request.
3.2. Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping the receipt.
3.3. Inspection and Approval:
Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected. If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 business days (purchases made via FPX are not eligible for refunds).
3.4. Refund Method:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to reflect in your account.
4. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.
